These Terms of Use govern your use of the Demotivate Me iOS application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
Demotivate Me provides sarcastic, darkly humorous "anti-motivation" quotes for entertainment. Content is not professional advice of any kind (medical, financial, mental health, career, or otherwise).
The App does not require a user account. Preferences and purchases are managed on your device and through Apple's systems.
Demotivate Me Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription via the Apple App Store (for example monthly and yearly plans). Prices are shown in the App and on the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel in Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
Quotes and other materials are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update quote pools and features over time.
The App name, branding, and content are owned by the developer except where third-party rights apply.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is entertainment software.
